Our vision

The lush and scenically diverse island of Mauritius is located in the Indian Ocean, approximately 900 kms east of Madagascar and 3900 kms south west of India. 65kms long and about 45kms wide, the island is fringed by a coral reef and turquoise lagoon, with coastal plains rising to a central plateau and three miniature mountain chains.

The peninsula of Les Salines is on the south west coast, rising from the beach to 70 metres above sea level with spectacular views of the lagoon, the Indian Ocean, the mountain of Le Morne Brabant to the south and Mount Tamarin to the north. The panoramic backdrop to the site is formed by the Black River and Savanne mountain ranges.

Our vision is for a coastal residential and leisure development respecting the unique qualities of the site and in harmony with its surroundings and the local community.

There will be 177 hillside villas, a 5* hotel, a signature Rodney Wright-designed 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, 50 golf club villas, 6 luxury beach houses, a beach club and a new heritage centre between the Martello Tower (an important 19th century coastal fortification) and the historic salt pans which give the peninsula its name.
